I woke up this morning to notice my '02 cavalier parking lights will not turn off. Any help

Unfortunately, this is an electrical problem that will have be diagnosed by a reputable mechanic or dealer. It is most likely a short, but where the short is, in the cars electrical system is the tricky, and expensive part to find out. I would recommend that you take either to the GM dealer or SOMEONE YOU TRUST. Electrical Problems can be very costly repairs.
