Frozen car

I live in Chicago and we had brutal cold of
below zero. I had a full tank of gas bought
new battery and still won't start.

cold start injector could be gone,,,,,, crank and or cam sensor, before checking any of these spray some starter fluid into the air intake. could have water in the fuel try pouring some heet in it. it could be a lot of things
