My brake lights will not come on. The third one is not on either. Bulbs seem to be good. Checked all the fuses and they are not blown. What can I do to fix this problem on a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer?

Check fuse # 12 under the hood, AND fuse #34 under the rear seat. If both good, may have bad ground back there. Another thing to check, especially for the upper brake light is the hinge point where wiring goes through tailgate to top. Wires can fray or break there. If the MEGA fuse is out #48 shown from Randy, you'd have nothing that works in the inside of the cab. Doubtful it's that unless you jumped the battery using that terminal.....don't ever do that lol.
