How do I know if potential buyers are receiving my response emails to their interest?

I have received a few inquiries and have responded to all of them but none of them reached out again. One even resent the same inquiry a day after I responded to his earlier one. Are my responses not getting through to them?

You don't know. There are a lot of tire kickers so expect a lot of dead ends when you respond to questions.
