flash rate on turn signal

Just replaced my left side tail light assy. and the turn signal flash rate is almost twice as fast as the right side, all bulbs are good, would a heavy duty flasher help, and where is it located.  Fred

The resistance in the new assembly isn't correct. It's all electronic now Fred, it is all run through a body control module, until the resistance it's correct it is going to flash like you have a bulb out.
