No, no light lit up so far except for tire pressure sensor light which ocassionally lit up whenever i drive off road for 30 plus miles. The place where i am living is mostly desert terrain. 2 months ago my alternator stopped working while i was driving on a highway, at that time all sensors went crazy till my car stopped. Then i replaced alternator with a new one. Now whenever i step on gas i don't get equivalent amount of speed i have to push more to accelerate and i feel its fuel economy has decreased too. Correction its odometer is 167,000 miles.

Could be a host of simple fixes. If not mechanically inclined try cleaning the throttle body, it's not hard. A net search will give you directions. Have you change the fuel filter in 167K miles? Another rather simple fix.
