Took the dealership service department 5 hours to locate water under the floorbed of my 08 Buick Lucerne. They are telling me it is why the 'stabilitrak' light came on. Is that possible?

I just wonder if water under the carpet and even under the flooring can cause the stabilitrak issue.

Water intrusion is a serious issue and it is sometimes difficult to find the affected wiring and connections. Sounds plausible to me.
