If you can not turn the crankshaft with a wrench after replacing the parts something is seriously wrong. Did you measure or "plastigauge" any of the crank bearings and journals prior to assembly? You may have the wrong bearings. Did you check the end gap on the piston rings prior to installation? Did you try turning the crankshaft before installing the cylinder heads?
