How much should I ask for a 2003 Impala?

The Impala has new heads,spark plugs, radiator rodden out, and new tires. It is all power inside and the body looks new. The inside has no damage and looks great. My problem is the piston is about to go. It still runs great but I think it needs the engine rebuilt. The car has 117000 miles.
