rear defogger not working

The indicator light for the rear defogger is lit on the control panel, but the rear window will not defog.  Someone told me that the plug to the defogger might be llosse/unplugged.  Where is it?  I have a 2008 Impala LT.

The plug will be along the edge of the window. If you look carefully you will see it. Check you window carefully for cracks or damage to the heater elements. If it is damaged the defroster will not work. Replacing the window may be your best choice in that case. Check the fuse too!
