2003 Chevy cavalier started car when motor was froze..ran for a sec but went dead.now motor turns over but will not start..( could faulty freeze plugs cause the car not to start up???)

If your car has a timing belt that drives the water pump, it is possible that the water pump was froze solid and when starting it up it pealed the teeth off of the timing belt.
