Highly unlikely that both high beam filaments decided to go bad at the same time. It happens though. Do a continuity test of the bulbs. The other prospect is looking for a short on just the high beam circuit. Do the lights ever blink back on, in high beam, if you wait a while?

I would replace the bulbs or at least inspect them. It is not unusual for both bulbs to go out at the same time as they have been on for the exact same amount of time.
