Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 08 dodge Avenger driving slow and initially the
ETC light came on...cleaned the throttle and now
the light doesn't come on but the car won't go
pass 40 mph...don't know what else to do..please
help

May be the catalytic converter thats plugged. Have it checked at an exhaust shop.

My. 2013. Dodge. Avenger. Bucks. Sometimes. And. Now. I Can. Push. The. Accelerator. To. The. Floor , but. The. Car. Will. Not. Go. Faster. Then. 60. Mph. Anyone. No. Why. ??
