Sounds like your alternator is going out. Go to advance or autozone and they will check it for free.
Also check all battery connections. Loose or dirty battery connections can cause this sort of issues. Also clean and tighten the negative connections on the frame and motor.
when I put it gear it powers out r when its in park if I turn the heater ,win,or the head lites on it loses power

checked radiator and it's full, however with ac switch in off, the clutch on compressor is on with compressor running. it is cold outside when testing.
