What else could be wrong with my 2004 Chevrolet Trailbazer EXT LS taillight?

The passenger side rear taillight does not come on. I have replaced bulb, circuit board and plug. All the other light work. Brake, back up just taillight is out.

Its a one piece unit. The whole unit has to be replaced or open and repair/solder contact
