2004 chevy impala has some weird promble going on

I just bought a 04 chevy impala and after a few
days I'm hearing water bubbling/swishing around
while I drive i also noticed that the temp Gage his
up and down ( when I'm driving it's ok but if I'm
sitting at a light it go up but never to the red line )
then today as I'm driving it started to shake a lol
but while at a red light . Also once in a while the
turning signals won't work ???? Need one have this
going on ????

for the temp gauge going up and down I would suspect the thermostat but if you just bought this car I would do a compression test and hope the receipt doesn't say " as is " there are lemon laws against selling cars with known problems , what does the exhaust look like ?
