I have 04 impala with a 3.8. When I unplug may senor my car runs better plug it back in an it idles rough and stales. Does this mean maf senor is bad.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_TO7ZC5N-aA You can try cleaning it, but yes to your question, either faulty or dirty especially if you haven't kept a clean, quality air filter in. But recommend an OBDII scan, whether your CEL is lit or not
