My Hummer H3 2007 will turn but not fire up????

Been trying to get it to fire up. It is about -16, at some point it fired up then died immediately. Help!!!

Did you run it low on gas, causing the fuel pump to burn up....check the connector goin' to the fuel pump for 12 volts and the pump for continuity...if the pump is zero ohms...replace~ https://www.google.com/#q=2007+Hummer+H3+fuel+pump&tbm=shop
