Toyota Tacoma - can it be towed with all wheels flat?

Only if it's a manual trans. If it's an automatic trans you need to disconnect the driveshaft otherwise you'll take a chance of damaging the trans

..."all wheels flat?" Do you mean all 4 on the ground and rolling or all 4 tires flat? I its the first, ytlas has it right. If the second; sure if the wheels and tires are of no concern, otherwise a flat bed tow truck would be the best.
