Remove the trim around the gauges and radio/climate controls and remove the whole gauge cluster and send it in to a gauge cluster repair company (google it) and have them dissassemble it and repair it. You need decent knowledge of electronics and access to parts to fix it yourself

Before you go pulling the cluster...... look at your transmission, near the tailshaft....you should see either a cable coming out of there or an electrical connection....I dont think anyone has used cable-driven speedometers in years, so you may just have a bad speedometer sending unit. Check the connection first and clean up any gunk that may be on it and give it a shot, then go from there.

I forgot to mention... If you have an ABS light on it could be a VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) on the tailshaft of either the tranny or t-case if its a 4x4
