i foud this pink crusty stuff underneath the engine and i have no idea what it could be leaking out of or what it is

Sometimes its a sealant of sorts. If you don't detect any leaks afterwards then its probably some of the excess sealant that broke away. I also found here in South Africa the dealers seal their bolts with a red paint to show if someone has tampered with it for warentee issues.
