Running but losing power

They changed the spark plus on my van and then it
started to turn off now it's skipping and there was
a red flashing light and engine light is flashing help

Sounds like when they changed the spark plugs may have picked up some oil and dirt mix they got between gap or some how gap was closed. Have to remove spark plugs and recheck gap.
