While i was driving, my airbag light
came on and stayed on. What would
make this happen? How do I turn it off?

Uh oh. costly if this don't work. controller module could be triggered a fault and have to be reset - that you cannot fix but have that done by dealer or special service, disconnect your battery cables prior to doing any of this. pull EFI fuse for 30mins. your lucky if you can fix it by checking the cables under your seats in case they came loose, reseat them and check connections, If this doesn't work then might have to repeat and reseat cable to controller module. Be careful when you do it. avoid to shock it.. Auto shops can clear the light on dash with a a $250 to $800 special type scanner. good luck

There is a fault in the airbag system, A mechanic can read the cars codes with a scanner to see what airbag, wiring or sensor is the problem.
