I believe with the lightning symbol on your cluster panel, your throttle control system is glitching.

all depends what the shop took apart to get you to come back in WHILE they were putting in your new gas pump. It's quite e z to take out a crank sensor while your down on a pump job. With that out it , the sensor doesn't read the flywheel to communicate to the computer to send any spark to ignition coil. Easy trick for the wrong mechanic in your wallet.
