Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2005 Chevrolet cavalier for about a year
and a half now. It has never ever ran hot on me and
I've taken this thing on some long trips. I just got
my oil changed yesterday hoping it would make it
start running better , but I drive it about 35 miles
this morning and it's running hot on me. This has
never happened to this car. I'm really worried cuz
this is a time of my life where if my car tears up I'm
screwed.  Literally.  I need some expert advice
please, what all could be the problems why my car
is running hot on me now. I really need to know
what to do to fix it to where I dont have this
problem again. Like I said this cars all I got if It
goes I'm screwed. Please someone give me some
advice
