What held the pieces on originally ? If it is a light gray sticky tape looking thing, then it is 3M double back tape and it is easily purchased at any local auto parts store like NAPA, O'Rielly, Advanced Auto or Pep Boys. If it looks like a sticky black worm or putty, that is called Butyl tape (used to put in windshields and other side windows that don't open), there again can be purchased at local auto parts stores.
