After putting on front and back breaks when giving
it gas the car seems to not want to go what does
that mean?

Summer hello I'm Robert g being a mechanic for over 30 years one thing that may affect your brake issues is the slider pins are rusty and or the pistons are rusty slide out but don't retract Also air in the brakes could also cause one way action of piston tear down rear brakes an clean up everything. Slider pins. Mounting pad for brake pads make sure all are clean an free from rust
