Is it necessary to flush my transmission

Asked by Guru9L6Y1 Jun 28, 2017 at 11:15 AM about the 2007 Hyundai Tucson

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Midas told me back in May that my tranny fluid was dirty.  I don't have a
problem with my tranny and am very worried about the flushing aspect.

Do you think it would be safe if i just have the fluid drained as much as
possible and add new fluid, along with a new filter???

I ve 107, 500K on my car.

1 Answer

Flush the flush. Just change the fluid and filter.
