How to replace a 1975 grand prix dash light?

Asked by GuruDN9SH May 15, 2020 at 07:44 AM about the 1975 Pontiac Grand Prix

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have one bulb working on my dashboard. Can dash bulbs be replaced? The
dimmer works on the 1 bulb. A mechanic once told me that he would have to
remove the entire dashboard to get access to the bulbs. I don't want to do
that.

I'm not 100% sure about your year but I had to remove the dash trim and instrument cluster on my 2003 to change the bulbs and it wasn't all bad. A couple screws and the dash pops off and back on.
