The main reason know for that is a burned fuse, you can locate the fuse box locate the fuse for the radio and visually check if the latch is cut up, or burned, that is the best to before you request a mechanic service. Good luck

If it is a fuse then the cause of the blown fuse needs to be investigated. The radio maybe bad.
