I don't know much about your car, but considering its a muscle car, i would go for a short ram intake, exhaust, and if you can afford it a supercharger. The intake would help both torque and horsepower, and the exhaust would do about the same, but a supercharger would boost your torque. Hope this helps

Umm... what do you mean focus on? Power = .00018939{[torque/(foot*pound)]*[angular velocity(rotation/minute)]} (Generic relationship between power(hp) and torque...) They are related, it's more a question of which do you want first... raw torque is proportional to acceleration, as you accelerate your engine speed changes which alters your instantaneous horsepower. example... If your car maintains the same torque throughout it's RPM range it will have a higher HP at a higher RPM... If your wanting to sup up your car, I'm assuming you're looking for straight line power. In which case high torque at low RPMs will get you off the line faster... This is an over simplification of course since how you define horsepower can vary greatly, this is just meant to be helpfull... What you ought to look at is the torque curve you are trying to achieve. That is related to the amount of force your car can put to the road(this is why torque breaks things and not horsepower). The quicker and the longer it stays at peak torque the better. Geeze I'm starting to rant but one last thing... Think of it this way... If you want to pull stumps, you want good low end torque since your RPM's will be low If you want to A/X you want high end torque since you'll generally have the RPMs up. This was too long and confusing an explanation, sorry, but I hope this helps.
