IS REAREND OFFSET IN 1980 TRANSAM

Are you talking about the diff/axel or the wheels? The diff is centered but the wheels might be offset by about 1" between the fronts and the rears depending on the wheels for that year. This is significant when rotating tires since the front wheels cannot be swapped with the rear wheels - only the tires can.
