The radio came from another vehicle. I don't have that VIN. Saw where Tech II Menu prompts on #6 Erase THEFTLOCK? Answer YES then BCM will load existing vehicle VIN portion into the radio'station EEPROM. Electronically Erasable Programmable Chip.
