If you're saying it only happens when you accelerate from a stop, I'm suspecting suspension because the weight transfer will shift to the rear when taking off making the suspension squat a bit. Suspension squeaks/rattles are sometimes difficult to locate. Bushings, shocks, brakes, springs (coil or leaf), are all things to consider. Check the mounting and contact points to see if there is anything obvious. Sometimes "shiny" spots will be noticeable where the problem is occurring. You could also try spray grease on the pivot points to see if it resolves the squeak.

I put my $ on brakes being the problem. Usually there is an indicator when the pads are critically low. After going fast enough it will appear to have vanished. When braking some time the sound isn't present.

Not all brake pads have the wear strips to warn when the pads are in need of replacement. It sounds like a suspension issue, perhaps the springs or a rubber part has met it's demise on a bracket.

if its in the back it might be a wheel bearing because most vans have leaf springs in the back and struts and those usually don't squeak check the leaf spring shackles on the ends and see if they are tight to the torque specs
