how do you disengage the factory alarm for a 1986 nissan 200sx turbo

Asked by SharronA65 Sep 06, 2007 at 01:56 AM about the 1986 Nissan 200SX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I need to know where its located and how to do it. A manual would be nice, but any info at all would be most appreciated.

Hi Sharron ...An alarm is deeply rooted in some of the most critical systems in the car. It's not something a weekend warrior should just "rip out". Check with your local dealer's service manager. he will tell you how to set your alarm to a mode that you can live with. Good luck!
