Engine off and EPC light on

While am driving at 100 to 120 mph, and when I slow down and step on the clutch then
my engine goes off and EPC light on, after a mins it start again.

your engine is stalling due to an unknown problem. Have the engine light diagnosed to find out whats wrong. Take your car to a local VW/Audi specialist shop only so you can get a proper run down of your issue.
