Dent/bad scratch on front bumper

My car was hit by another car going in reverse when
I was in park. It was just a tap but my car now has a
small dent and some bad scratches on it. Would I
paint over it or fully repair it or what?

fully repair it. if you paint over scratches and dents it will magnify them. Is it on the bumper cover or metal?
