Because you have a bad wheel bearing assembly or hub. The abs and traction control (Satutn calls it ESC) sensors are in the hub. Its either that or the wire from the hub to the body is broken/pinched/shorting to ground. Is the abs and/or brake light on as well?

If I may add it could also be a faulty wheel speed sensor
