radio quit working but the fuse is good

Check to see if power is getting to the radio. If it makes noise it might just be the antenna.

There are two fuses. One is located under the steering wheel on the left side and the other is plugged into the back of the radio and if not then it is build inside the radio. take the top cover off the radio and it should be a 5 amp fuse located under there.

There's no fuse under the steering column or in the radio.
