Hi, I'm fron Miami and I thought maybe someone out there can help me out! I am interested in buying an 89 Cabriolet. Can anyone give me some advice on my thought!

Don't buy an automatic, MK1, MK2(1980-1992) are problematic with auto trans failure/rough shifting. Check around trunk area, strut towers under the hood and front jack points under the car where the frame meets the uni-body those places are known for bad corrosion. Good luck on your search.
