I put a draw through setup on my 74 be beetle and I
am making 0 pounds of boost. My boost gauge
goes from 20lbs of vaccine straight to 0 pounds of
boost when I get on it then while I am still going it
slowly dies back down to about 10pbs of vacume

It's a bit hard to tell what's going on with just one pic. Not to poo-poo (I've done "junkyard" turbo setups), but the vinyl tubing and PVC is not going to last and might be more headache than welding up some parts store exhaust pipe. Where is the boost gauge line connected?
