i have real bad wear on the inside of both tires, and it looks like one wheel sets more to the front than the other...  Please help!

take it to an alignment shop, and have it checked. i would bet your camber is off. most shops have the specs for aligning the front ends of our bugs, just call and ask when you make the appointment. as for the wheel looking like it sets farther forward, most of the time, this is caused by aftermarket fenders. if one (or both) of the front fenders has ever been replaced with an aftermarket one this usually shows up. aftermarket fenders are hit and miss on quality. most of them do not have the correct radius on the wheelwell opening.
