Relay??

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Trying to start my 67 Bug after sitting up for few years, new engine, I thought it was a relay under the hood, called ask imports say no relay.  When I turn key it is making a buzzing sound.  Does anyone know what it is called?  Thanks!

The starter solinoid should behind the engine on right side of bell housing. Check there.
