I changed my steering column out with a column from a 1989 wrangler, the 89 column had tilt steering and my 87 did not. I now have electrical problems such as no directionals and no wipers, any ideas?

Hi deano, The wiring harness for your '87 may not be the same as the '89. Double check that you have a good connection for the harness. It could be that the new column was faulty to begin with. You could be stuck with replacing the directional lever/switch and wiper stick. Good luck!
