One time my car turned on like the engine
rev’d and I was outside of the car with the
keys in my hand. Wondering why that
happened or if I hit certain buttons on the
keys that made it do that. I think it’s a 2007
model

Sounds like a remote start glitch or the button was pressed...if it has that feature.
