my cigarette lighter stopped working which charges my cellphone. which is the
fuse that controls it?

Have you solved your issue? It should be fuse #52 (15A, Blue) I've attached a photo of your fuse panels. Hope this helps.

    According to the manual there should be a 10 amp fuse for the air conditioner next to some square things (relays?), but there is nothing under the kick plate resembling the illustration in the manual....
