You MIGHT have spare slots in your fuse box from unused accessories that your car wasn't equipped with you could use to hold spare fuses, but generally the factory does not provide extra or spare fuses in these. Your best bet is to pick up a fuse kit from any parts store and keep it in your car. The kit will have an assortment of fuses and a tester. In an emergency, you might be able to grab a similar-rated fuse to the #9 from one of the less vital accessories, like a moon roof or fog lamps, just to get you home.
