I would check for vacuum leaks and also check idle air control valve.

Check the MAP sensor. Based on the pick it is on the fire wall covered in white paint splatter. On my NA shadow the plastic line disintegrated and the engine started running rough then the check engine light came on and it got better until 2 minuets later it went of.
