when I turn on rear my headlight driver side turn signal won't work

To clarify, when you turn your headlights on, your left turn signal won't work? Easy fix...one of the filaments in your turn signal light bulb is burned out. It's designed to act wonky like that to let you know you need to get it fixed and not run the risk of getting pulled over.
