1984 Ramcharger 318 acceleration cough

The truck starts after about 10 pumps of the pedal. Once started, idles fine. During moderate acceleration, truck begins to shut off. If pedal is mashed to the floor, the truck roars back to life and drives fine. If the pedal is not mashed, the truck will stall.

Replace air if necessary, clean throttle with throttle body cleaner, add fuel injector cleaner to gas tank and replace fuel filter if have not done so in awhile.
